In 2022, Wuhan Jingtian Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the procurement project of "Cloud Mobile Grab Perception Planning and Control Platform for Practical Training" at Northeastern University, and completed the delivery service of the project in early 2023.

In order to better serve users, the after-sales team of Jingtian Robotics maintains a monthly visit to Northeast University to complete the installation, debugging, integration, technical training, and other work of the project goods. They will ensure that all goods are delivered to the users' premises by April 2023.

This technical training was completed by sales colleague Jiang Xinyan, business procurement colleague Gui Xie, two technical engineers from Doosan Robotics in South Korea, and three technical colleagues from Wuhan Technology Center, totaling 7 people. To help users familiarize themselves with the product more quickly, Jingtian Robotics arranged for two technical colleagues from the original Korean factory to arrive on site to answer questions and solve problems for users. Although there may be language barriers, they did not hinder users' enthusiasm for learning.

After sales service is a long-term process, and this training is only a part of the after-sales service. We have recorded every technical exchange since the contract was signed, from winter vacation to May Day, and the students' clothes have also changed from their original large cotton jackets to later thin jackets.

This technical exchange has been fully recognized by the users, and in the future, Wuhan Jingtian Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. will continue to provide more comprehensive after-sales services for teachers and students.
