On the national comprehensive PNT infrastructure with Beidou-3 as the core, it breaks through the key technologies of scalable PNT component-based modeling and deep reinforcement learning model integration for intelligent PNT, achieving collaborative navigation and intelligent control of unmanned systems based on components and intelligent PNT platforms, And develop intelligent PNT controllers for the unmanned system industry, promote the establishment of China's independently controllable, globally continuous, and adaptive PNT new technologies, equipment, and products, serve the unmanned system industry in China, and enhance the competitiveness and discourse power of Hubei and even the whole country in the world PNT system. The goal is to launch unmanned system controller equipment with next-generation intelligent PNT capabilities, and form large-scale production and sales on wheeled robots, drones, and other carriers, creating over ten million direct economic benefits.

The Provincial Department of Science and Technology has established five major technological projects for breakthrough development of advantageous industries, mainly focusing on the implementation of the important decision of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government to further develop and strengthen the five advantageous industries, and promote Hubei from a major industrial province to a strong industrial province. The Beidou industry is one of the five advantageous industries for breakthrough development in Hubei Province.
