Cameras are a fundamental component in mobile robotics, providing essential visual data that enables robots to perceive, interpret, and interact with their surroundings. In this custom integration, our team outfitted the Jackal UGV mobile base with an array of FLIR Blackfly cameras, alongside a suite of additional sensors and tailored modifications. These customizations allow for enhanced sensor fusion capabilities and improved performance in navigating and analyzing complex and dynamic environments.

The integration of high-resolution imaging and real-time data collection ensures that every angle and condition is covered, providing operators with a comprehensive view of the environment.
