NAO-Edu-V6 is the sixth-generation artificial intelligence robot developed by Aldebaran Robotics in France. It was acquired by SoftBank Group in 2014. The NAO robot is 58cm tall and weighs 5.4kg. The main hardware includes CPU, motherboard, speaker, microphone, infrared sensor, camera, sonar system, Hall effect sensor, steering gear, voice synthesizer, inertial sensor unit, etc. The NAO robot has an open embedded software programming framework and can be used for secondary development. It has a human-like appearance, and obtains the state and force of the robot through sensors, so as to design the control algorithm and write the code to control the motor to realize its intelligent control.
